You are kindly invited to register for the WFTO 13th Biennial Conference and AGM 2015, taking place in Milano, Italy, from the 23rd to the 27th of May. After the WFTO Conference, you will also be able to participate in the fair ‘Milano Fair City’ which will take place during the World Fair Trade Week, from the 28th to the 31st of May 2015.
One Registration Form must be filled in per participant.

* Only WFTO registered/full members (with paid membership fees) are eligible to apply for this rate.

This ‘all-included’ registration package includes shared accommodation in a double/twin room for 5 nights (check-in on 23; check-out on 28 May; no discount for late arrival or early departure), hotel taxes, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner, except 1 dinner) and coffee breaks, and conference materials. It does not include any transportation to/from hotel, use of the mini-bar, beverages and alcoholic drinks, or any other expense not mentioned above as included.
Accommodation at the Klima Hotel (location of the WFTO Conference) will be guaranteed for the first 2 paid registrations per organisation, on a first come first served basis (hotel booking will not be done until payment is received). If the same organisation is registering more than 2 people for the same nights, extra participants may be allocated alternative accommodation but will be placed on the waiting list for the Klima Hotel.

If you wish to attend only the WFTO AGM on 27 May 2015 or require a no-accommodation fee, please contact [email protected] for prices and other information. You will still have to register by using this Form.
If you have been awarded a WFTO scholarship for Milan 2015, please do not register until you receive an email with instructions about how to register and make your payment.
Before starting to complete your registration form:
a) we recommend you read the Visa requirements (http://www.esteri.it/visti/home_eng.asp),
b) please be sure you have your passport number and the flight details (if you already booked) at hand.
Please note that your registration will only be considered as accepted, after full payment of the registration fee(instructions regarding payment are at the bottom of this form). You will receive a receipt when payment has been confirmed. Your payment should be complete within a maximum of 15 calendar days after the submission of this registration form. If your payment has not been received by then, your provisional registration will be cancelled.
