The Fair Trade Accountability Watch (FTAW) is a web based tool for ongoing feedback. Anyone, including the public, can access this tool via the below link and may write a confidential concern, issue or complaint against a registered WFTO member. The Global office will analyze any reports received from the FTAW. The organization concerned will have the opportunity to respond. Any “bona fide” concerns will be dealt with according to the WFTO complaints procedure.
